COVID Protocols, Cancellation Policy, Contactless Payments
Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request 24-hour notice so we may offer the space to another guest. A reminder will be sent to you prior to your appointment. Missed appointments, or appointments canceled without 24-hour notice, will incur a fee of 50% of the service scheduled. If Godfrey Fitzgerald must reschedule your appointment within 24-hours, no fee will be assessed. Please use the link within your appointment notification, the appointment app, our website, Google, Facebook, or give us a call at 609-924-5355 to cancel or reschedule your appointment 24-hours prior to your scheduled time. All appointments are given a 15-minute grace period before it is considered a no show. We appreciate your understanding.
Godfrey Fitzgerald is committed to providing our guests an experience in a safe, healthy environment. We continue to embrace social distancing, the proper wearing of face masks and focused sanitizing. All surfaces and tools are sanitized between each service. We cleanse our capes and towels with commercial-grade OSHA-approved disinfectants, and when appropriate, staff wear gloves for services. For your convenience, masks and hand sanitizer are provided if needed. As an extra measure of caution, staff regularly test for COVID.
Our Salon Patio is beautifully designed for your safety and comfort. We feel services provided in an open-air space provide the highest level of protection. For those guests who reserve outdoor service on our Salon Patio, no mask is necessary.
We ask those guests who are experiencing symptoms of a cold, to please reschedule their appointments to protect others and staff members who are immune-compromised.
